An organization of Filipino Mechanical Engineers in United Arab Emirates (Dubai & Northern Emirates) chartered on year 2009 and affiliated to the Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers (PSME) National Chapter in Manila, Philippines.

It has the following objectives: 

1. To enable the Mechanical Engineering profession to discharge its public responsibilities effectively. 

2. To promote and maintain high professional standards in the Mechanical Engineering profession. 

3. To develop among members high ideals of competence, ethical conduct, integrity and civil consciousness. 

4. To foster cordial, harmonious, and fruitful relations among its members. 

5. To protect and enhance the integrity of the certificates of registration i.e. PME, ME and CPM.
